Mix Your Protein
Eating animal protein every day, multiple times a day is not the healthiest habit for your body. Instead try to balance out your protein with vegan sources like beans, tofu, tempeh, and seeds. The best diets have three servings of protein a day. Try to make at least two of them vegan-based for a healthier meal plan.
