Cayenne

Adding spices like cayenne to your food can help fire up your metabolism. That’s because this spice contains capsaicin, which “heats up” your body and produces a thermogenic effect. Consider adding hot sauce to popcorn, eggs, or opting to top off your grilled chicken with a spicy salsa.
