Have some Hamburger Helper sitting in the pantry? Use it to make this simple and delicious dinner that comes together in just four simple steps in this recipe from Charles Chen.

1 tbsp coconut oil
1 pound ground lean turkey or beef
1 medium green bell pepper
8 oz elbow macaroni from Hamburger Helper box cooked al dente
15 oz edamame ( shelled, drained, and rinsed frozen or fresh )
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp liquid or coconut aminos
pink Himalayan salt ( to taste )
sesame seeds ( as a topping )
basil ( as a topping )

1. Heat the oil in a nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat and cook for 10 minutes, or until no longer pink.
2. Place the bell peppers, and edamame in skilled and stir fry.
3. Add the noodles, seasoning, and salt to the skillet and let simmer for 15 minutes. 
4. Top with garnish, and serve warm.
