Dr. Oz, investigative reporter Jenna Wolfe, and the show’s medical unit put frozen diet dinners to the test. A total of 14 sample meals from six different brands were judged according to their nutritional content and taste. In particular, the team focused on five nutritional components – calories, saturated fat, sodium, fiber, and protein.
