See if your frozen dinner passed the Oz Test.
Dr. Oz, investigative reporter Jenna Wolfe, and the show’s medical unit put frozen diet dinners to the test. In particular, the team focused on five nutritional components – calories, saturated fat, sodium, fiber, and protein. Get the entire frozen diet dinner guidelines and find out which three meals missed the cut and which three meals topped the recommendation list.
