Pegan 365 Brownie Hummus

Chickpeas provide the perfect foundation to take on different flavors; they're savory in traditional hummus, but they can just as easily be sweet when mixed with the right accompanying ingredients. As part of the Pegan 365 diet, you can drop stubborn pounds without having to skip dessert! Let this brownie hummus satisfy your sweet tooth, while the protein and fiber of chickpeas will keep you full and satisfied.

1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp monk fruit
1 banana
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1. Blend all ingredients until consistency is smooth.

 

2. Add strawberries or apple to taste and enjoy!
