2 cups cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours, drained 1/3 cup almond milk 2 tsp vanilla extract pinch of sea salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup dates soaked in warm water for about 10 minutes, drained 3 tbsp pure, unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tbsp espresso or strong coffee
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender and puree until silky smooth.
2. Serve sprinkled with a little cocoa powder or a few chopped cashews.
