Add in Daily Exercise
Exercise is important for everyone, regardless of what diet a person is on. Exercise not only encourages weight loss but it is also great for boosting physical and mental health. Add 30 minutes of cardio three to five times per week into your daily life. Additionally, make sure to add in one or two weekly resistance training workouts like using weights, practicing yoga, or giving barre a try.
