What to Drink
There aren't too many beverage restrictions on a probiotic diet except for things that have a lot of added sugar. You can drink coffee, tea, water, 100% citrus juice (just no more than 8 oz per day), and kombucha on this plan. You are allowed one alcoholic drink per day, but if you can you should limit your alcohol intake to one drink once per week for better results.
