What to Eat
On this diet, you can eat protein shakes made out of whole and minimally processed foods, low-fat dairy, fiber-rich veggies and fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and lean proteins like seafood and poultry. You should make sure to stay properly hydrated, and you can have still or sparkling water, unsweetened tea and unsweetened coffee with low-fat milk or zero-sugar non-dairy creamers. You also are not required to take any supplements, just make sure you get enough calcium in your diet.
