Avocados continue to maintain their position as one of the top super foods. Packed with nutrients including vitamin E, oleic acid, and potassium, avocados have become synonymous with health and healthy eating. They are also loaded with fiber (almost 7 grams per serving), folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin K. Guacamole

There's no question that the most well-known use of avocados is in guacamole. The well-known Mexican dip makes frequent appearances at parties and restaurants. There are so many variations to guacamole, and it can take on the personality of any household. Add onions and jalapeños for a spicier version, tomatoes for a sweeter taste, and fresh spinach or kale for a hidden source of leafy greens. My children will eat almost any vegetable when they can dip it into guacamole!
