Dr. Mark Hyman's Daily Green Drink

If you need help getting in your daily dose of nutrients, try adding them into a breakfast smoothie. Enjoy this drink alongside your regular breakfast or even as a substitute for your morning coffee.

2 cups spinach
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp grated ginger root
1/2 cucumber (diced)
1 apple (peeled and cored)

Place all ingredients in a blender with some water and blend.

Add more water until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
