Super Quick & Easy Dutch Baby Pancake

Want to put your pancakes on overdrive? Try the dutch baby pancake! Ready to bake in just a few minutes, the batter puffs up into a pillowy cloud that collapses when you take it out of the oven (Yes, that's supposed to happen). What you're left with is a warm and tender cake that's perfect for all your favorite toppings.

3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Milk
3 Eggs
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 tablespoons Butter
Your favorite toppings (Maple syrup, yogurt, whipped cream, fruit, etc)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place a 10-inch cast-iron skillet into the oven while you make the batter.

In a large bowl, whisk to combine the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. You can also mix the batter in a blender.

Remove the pan from the oven and add in the butter. Once melted, add in the batter and place back into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until puffed up and golden.

Top with your favorite ingredients and serve!
