No-Scoop Peanut Butter Oats
Make overnight oats for breakfast the next morning with this easy and quick recipe.
- Add 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of plant-based milk and ½ cup of Greek yogurt to the nearly empty peanut butter jar.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of cinnamon, or any other spices you like.
- Stir the mixture well, or put the lid back on and give it a good shake!
- Let it sit overnight in the fridge and open in the morning for a delicious — and sustainable — breakfast.
