Here’s how it works: you do a variety of exercise moves intensely for 30 seconds and then to rest for 10 seconds. This routine gets your heart rate up and your body going. Mountain Climbers

Make your legs stronger with this fast-paced exercise move. Start in a pushup position. Then, pull your right leg up towards your torso and bend it at the knee. Switch and do the same motion with your left leg — imagine the floor is the mountain you are climbing up. Rotate between your left and right legs at the fastest pace you can go.
