Find out how to get fit without the gym, here!

High intensity interval training, also known as HIIT, is a highly effective workout method. Here’s how it works: you do a variety of exercise moves intensely for 30 seconds and then to rest for 10 seconds. This routine gets your heart rate up and your body going. If you want to get healthy and fit without the hassle of the gym, try out some of these exercises.
While squats are a slower range of motion, doing them consecutively really works out your leg muscles. To squat, start with your legs hip-width apart and slowly crouch down as if you were going to sit in a chair. Maintain your posture and balance while you hold the squatting position for a second, and then lift yourself back up into a standing position. If you want to take this exercise a step further add a small jump at the end when you release from your squat.
