Most people think that self-care is only a luxury afforded to those who have lots of time on their hands. This interpretation is wrong. According to life coach and author Cheryl Richardson, self-care isn't about time management, it's about self-management -- that is, managing yourself by using your energy on things that bring you joy. You have to learn to be selfish in a meaningful way which means saying no to certain obligations so you can say yes to yourself to better your mind, body, and soul. In order to live a good life, you must learn how to take care of yourself. Make time in your schedule to practice self-care with some of these tips.
