Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
When you are hungover, the number-one thing you need to do is to drink water. Since your body's water supply is very low, it is essential that you hydrate yourself to replenish those levels. This will help your headache and replace lost electrolytes. If you can, start the night before and alternate alcohol with sips of water to help you stay hydrated.
