Step 3: Eat Satiating Foods

Supplement your plant-based diet with foods that are satiating, which keep you full three times longer than average. These foods are also rich in fiber and include foods like white potatoes. An Australian study showed that potatoes kept participants satisfied for up to two hours after eating. Just make sure you’re not relying on French fries and deep-fried potato chips to get your potato fix.

Call 911

You should alert emergency responders as soon as possible. If there are other people around, instruct someone to make the call. If you are alone, help the drowning person until you can give CPR for one minute and then call 911 yourself (then continue life-saving measures).
