Abs: Mountain Climbers

Mountain climbers are beneficial in multiple ways — they engage most muscles, boost fat burning into full gear, and improve body strength and stability. Get into a plank position and raise your right knee to as close to your chest as possible. Return back to plank and do the same with your left knee. Keep alternating for 1 minute to challenge your core muscles and develop those summer abs.
