Butt: Squat With a Kick-Back

Stand with your feet shoulders apart, and sit back into a squat — make sure your knees don’t go beyond your toes. As you return back to standing position, extend your left leg straight behind you and extend your arms forwards. Return to squat and repeat the leg extension move on the other side. Make sure to squeeze your glutes tight during the kick-backs to shape a toned butt.
