Legs: Lunges

This quintessential strengthening and thigh-blasting exercise is ideal for building strong, muscular, and shaped legs. Stand straight and step one leg forward, until both knees are at a 90-degree angle and your front knee is directly over your ankle. Push back, and alternate sides. Incorporate this simple move into your workout for fabulously toned legs.
