What is Pistachio Butter?
If you haven’t heard of this trendy food yet, pistachio butter is a rich and creamy spread made from blended pistachios. To make it at home simply roast two cups of unsalted, shelled pistachios in the oven until brown. Then add the pistachios into a food processor with a teaspoon of sugar and salt and blend until smooth and creamy.
