Salsa

Salsa packs a punch of flavor and only has about 5-10 calories for every two tablespoons. You can use salsa on top of chili, in tacos, as a salad dressing, and to flavor oven-baked protein dishes. You can even use salsa on your eggs in the morning, and as an alternative for mayo in your tuna salad.
