Foods like whole grains, lean meats, vegetables, and fruits are far more than the sum of their parts, and health professionals don’t yet understand all of the reasons these foods are so good for our body. If you’re not getting enough of the good stuff in your diet, the best remedy is to change your diet, not take a multivitamin.
