Creating an exercise habit and fitting running into your schedule is essential to make sure you start (and stick with) your new exercise routine. If you don’t create a schedule you are likely to skip running when the going gets tough or when you lack the motivation to continue. Make yourself accountable by factoring running into your daily or weekly schedule — like a meeting — in order to make sure you stick to your new healthy lifestyle.
