Chili’s Quesadilla Explosion Salad
The first sign of trouble is in the name. As Freeman points out, when you hear the word "explosion" in a fast food item, it usually will not bode well in terms of healthiness. Though this salad does have a good amount of veggies and chicken, it also has tons of cheese and even traces of trans-fats. Upon closer inspection, this salad was found to have 1,470 calories, 30 grams of saturated fat, 2,460 mg of sodium, and 17 grams of sugar. This salad has the same amount of salt as two bags of potato chips. If you want to make this order healthier, simply cut back on the cheese, skip the tortilla strips, and use less dressing. You can also try splitting this salad with a friend if you're really craving it but want to save calories. Suffice it to say, this salad does not pass the Oz Test.
