Work out while watching your favorite shows!
Binge watching can be fun, so make it healthy too! Use these workouts for your favorite TV shows to keep up on your fitness. Start each workout with the theme song for each show, running in place until it's over to warm up your muscles and go on from there!
When commercials interrupt your show, try to get a break yourself. Get a drink of water, pat yourself down, or stretch. But if you don’t think you’ve worked out enough during the show, this is a great time to catch up! Try doing a wall-sit or plank through the entire commercial break, or run in one place. You can also do a rep of crunches, push-ups, or lunges for every commercial. The possibilities are endless, but whatever you do, don’t sit down!
