What to Eliminate

The list of things to eliminate on this diet is quite long. The goal is to eliminate all foods that cause inflammation in the body. Kirkpatrick advises getting rid of anything processed, white sugar, beef, pork, processed meat, shellfish, gluten, corn, dairy, eggs, soy, coffee, tea, chocolate, and peanut products.
