Chicken parmigiana over spaghetti is a favorite for many people, but it can easily contain an entire day's worth of calories and fat. Instead, order grilled chicken with marinara sauce and a small side of whole-wheat pasta: all the flavor, but it's a much healthier way to go. Whole-wheat pasta is more satisfying than the regular white kind, since it has more fiber.
