Step One: Getting Into Position

Place your mat against a wall. Stand on the end of it, facing the wall. Carefully come to a kneeling position. Extend your right leg so that your toes are touching the wall, making sure your foot is flexed and your heel is pressing down. Your left knee should be aligned with your left hip. If need be, you may add an extra mat under your knee to relieve pressure.

Step Two: Resistance

Pull back through the heel of your extended leg, while pushing forward with you kneeling leg, working in opposistion.

Step Three: Repetition

Slowly revert to your original position, standing on the end of the mat. Repeat steps one and two on your left leg.
