Do you dread working out so much that you just choose not to? Finding the time and motivation to stay healthy and fit can seem overwhelming. Luckily, there are small adjustments you can make to your everyday life to help you have a stress-free workout without a membership to the gym. Give these 10 tips a try to feel fit and fabulous.
Build Muscle While Sitting at Your Desk
You don’t have to run to the gym on your lunch break to build up your muscle; you can perform some exercises right at your desk. Give butt crunches and core engagement a try to tone and strengthen your muscles—all while sitting down! For butt crunches, squeeze and clench your glutes to flex, then release and repeat. To engage your core, sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor, take a deep breath in, and tighten your ab muscles. Release and repeat.
