Pack Your Workout Clothes the Night Before
If you do plan to go to the gym or take a walk during or after work, pack your workout clothes the night before. It’s easy to forget things in the morning. Plus, the task of gathering up sneakers and workout gear can feel insurmountable. Don’t give yourself any excuse to skip your daily exercise. Prevent that pitfall by making sure everything you need for working out is sitting by the door before you go to bed.
