Workout While Brushing Your Teeth
During the minute or two that you spend brushing and flossing your teeth, do heel raises. Start with your feet flat on the ground and push your heels up until you are on tiptoe. Repeat this motion throughout your entire morning or nighttime routine at the sink to build up your leg muscles.
