Season Food With Herbs and Spices
Spices like cinnamon, ginger, oregano, turmeric and alliums, such as onions and garlic, are not only great flavor boosters but also help curb inflammation and the risk of cancer. To get the health benefits, add 2 tablespoons of your preferred herb, spice, or allium to your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or make this spice mix to add to a snack.
