Socialize for 10 Minutes a Day
Spend time with others outside your home at least once a day. Pick a hobby or leisure activity you’re interested in trying, join a club, or volunteer. Social interactions, building relationships and connecting with friends and relatives can increase mental clarity, support brain health, boost your mood and alertness and lower dementia risk over the long run.
