Be wary of spinach and whole-wheat wraps, especially. It's usually dye that makes the green coloring, not actual spinach and whole-wheat rarely means it's 100% whole wheat. Wraps without anything in them can range from 100 to 400 calories, which is more than the calorie count of two slices of bread (120 calories each).
