While the images from this video are compelling, they are not necessarily scientifically valid yet since the  sample size for this study was too small.  However, the research for the project is ongoing and the study was recently given a grant to continue with a large enough pool of participants so that it can be deemed scientifically valid.  The results will be available within one years time.

The purpose of this project is not to dictate what people should eat or not eat, but rather it is to illuminate the fact that there is a substantial data gap between what's on our food labels and what is in our food.  Because of intellectual property law and the Confidential Business Information Act, corporations are not, in many cases, required to divulge the sources and/or explicit ingredients of the food they produce so the public often does not know exactly what is in their food and what it is made of.
