Starting off the month, Dr. Oz unveils his best kept Health Secrets in an all new theme week. Kicking off the week Dr. Oz shares money saving secrets retailers do not want you to know about. Also, is someone keeping a health secret from you? Dr. Oz shows you how to help. Then, he divulges the organizing formulas to transform your life and your health. Plus, Dr. Ruth shares her secrets to a long life, good health and even better sex. To finish out the week, Dr. Oz reveals the celebrity summer health secrets that really work for them and will work for you too.
Also in July, Dr. Oz hosts “Detox Week” with shows focusing on detoxing all areas of your life from your mind and to your wallet. Dr. Oz kicks off “Detox Week” with the easy summer cleanse anyone can do and offers tips to get women back into their swimsuits in time for swimsuit season. Plus, Dr. Oz shares the ultimate debt detox, showing you when to spend and when to save. Then, The Chew’s Daphne Oz and Michael Simon share their affordable detox food recommendations customized for your body type. “Detox Week” culminates with the exhaustion breakthrough all women need to know about.
