Blueberry, Banana and Flaxseed Smoothie
Flaxseed oil has a low smoke point and shouldn't be used for cooking, but it's great in smoothies!
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 medium banana
- 8 oz almond milk
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
