Quick Fit Vegan Eggnog
Nutritionist Rachel Beller helps you replace eggnog's empty calories with nutrient-rich ingredients!
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp white chia seeds (optional)
- 1 oz bourbon (optional)
Place all the ingredients into a blender.
Start on a low speed, slowly increasing to high.
Blend until smooth.
