- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pink Himalayan sea salt, to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Chili powder, to taste
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the beans, and season with sea salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder and garlic. Cook, stirring until tender.In a separate pan, cook the ground turkey with cayenne pepper, sea salt, chili powder and garlic cloves.Combine the turkey and black beans in a bowl. Serve with a couple tablespoons of salsa per person.
