- 1 jicama
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat oven to 400°F.Slice and season jicama with onion powder, paprika and salt.Drizzle with olive oil and place in oven for 25 minutes.
