Dr. Dow's Wellness Shot
Skip the coffee and have this instead for a morning energy boost.| By Dr. Mike Dow
- 1 oz cold water
- 1-inch slice fresh ginger
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix all ingredients into cold water. Add a squeeze of lemon if desired.
