Use this recipe for the soups in Dr. Oz's 3-Day Souping Detox.
The base soup in the three-day soup cleanse has the core four detox ingredents: mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Prep this soup in advance of your cleanse to make mealtime during those three days more efficient.
- 8 cups vegetable stock
- 3 oz sliced shiitakes
- 9 oz artichoke hearts
- 28 oz can chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups broccoli
Put all ingredients into a large pot, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and let simmer for 1 hour. Makes 14 cups.
