Blueberry Avocado Protein Shake

Avocado delivers healthy fats and a velvety texture to this smoothie.
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 3 dates, pitted
Blend all ingredients and enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
