Blueberry Avocado Protein Shake

Avocado delivers healthy fats and a velvety texture to this smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 dates, pitted

Directions

Blend all ingredients and enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
