"Beanie" Chocolate Protein Shake

Yes, you read that right. The black beans add protein and special support for digestive tract health. The protein in this shake kick-starts your morning and helps you pick up some energy throughout the day.      

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 cups.
