Total Choice Quickie Banana Steel Cut Oats

Although this meal requires advanced preparation the night before, it makes eating breakfast in the morning a breeze. This recipe is loaded with vitamins and fiber. The banana and almonds sweeten the deal and make this oatmeal a delicious and healthy option for The Total Choice Plan.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 15 almond slivers
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions

Place ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low heat overnight.
