  • 1 scoop BodyLab TastyShake vanilla or chocolate
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
