Total Choice Fuji Chips

Looking for something sweet, satisfying, crunchy and healthy? These convenient “chips” are both easy to make and delicious to eat! With only four ingredients, they provide you with fiber and vitamin C and are sweetened only with a pinch of cinnamon. Best of all, they’re baked, not fried like most chips are. - 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 large Fuji apples, washed
- cinnamon, as needed
Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
In small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice and water.
Cut Fuji apples in half, core and remove stem and seeds.
Slice into thin 1/8-inch slices and toss in water mixture.
Remove from mixture, drain and lay on a nonstick baking sheet pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon from shaker and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
Remove from tray, cool and serve.
